Welcome to 24/7 Live Chat ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our live chat platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform. The Platform is operated by Borderless Ltd, located at 128 High Street, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5JY, United Kingdom.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the live chat system and all associated services provided by us.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Platform.
- "Service" refers to the live chat services provided through the Platform.
3. Registration and Account
- To access our Platform and use our services, you must register for an account by selecting one of the subscription plans available on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- The Knowledge Base is a database containing common questions and answers, along with the flow that should be used by our live chat agents to address customer enquiries. This Knowledge Base requires continuous updates as our agents encounter new common questions or learn more about your business. While the Knowledge Base and enquiry flow are accessible to both our agents and your customers, you are not permitted to copy the content within our ERP without our prior written consent.
4. Subscription Packages

All our subscriptions are subject to a 12-month contract, including both monthly and annual plans.

We offer three types of subscriptions: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each subscription includes specific responsibilities for both you and us, as detailed below:

Bronze Subscription:
- We will handle up to 500 live chat enquiries per month.
- No access to your ERP or CRM is required.
- Visitors cannot select departments, and we will not contact your employees for additional details. Information will be provided based on the scenario and flow integrated at the beginning of the contract.
- Leads or other complex enquiries that we cannot address using the Knowledge Base will be sent via WhatsApp to a number you provide.
- Price: £29 per month or £275 per year.

Silver Subscription (Virtual Assistant):
- We will handle up to 2500 live chat enquiries per month.
- Access to your ERP or CRM is required. You must provide a separate username and password for 24/7 Live Chat staff, which must be configured with limited access.
- Leads or other complex enquiries that we cannot address using the Knowledge Base will be sent via WhatsApp to a number you provide.
- Price: £199 per month or £1795 per year.

Gold Subscription (Supervisor):
- We will handle unlimited live chat enquiries per month.
- No access to your ERP or CRM is required.
- For each department you want integrated into our live chat system, you will provide contact details for a representative in your company who can be contacted during normal working hours by our agents for additional details.
- Visitors can select departments, and we will contact your employees for extra details if necessary. Information will be provided based on the scenario and flow integrated at the beginning of the contract.
- Leads or other complex enquiries that we cannot address using the Knowledge Base will be sent via WhatsApp to a number you provide.
- Price: £399 per month or £3495 per year.

5. Compliance and Use
- GDPR Compliance: We are committed to GDPR compliance and do not share your personal data or customer data with third parties without your consent.
- Permitted Use: You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Platform to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
6. Services and Subscription
- Subscription: Our Platform operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum contract term of 12 months, which cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Service Description: We provide live chat services to assist with customer interactions on your website. Details of the service levels and features are outlined in your subscription plan.
7. Access to ERP & CRM
- For certain subscription plans, you may be required to provide access to your ERP or CRM systems. This access allows our chat agents to verify customer information relevant to live chat interactions.
- Data Protection: Any information accessed through your ERP or CRM is protected and used solely for the purpose of providing the live chat services. We do not share this information with third parties.
8. Fees and Payment
- Fees: Subscription fees are outlined on our website or in your subscription agreement. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes in advance.
- Payment: Payments are due as specified in your subscription plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to our Platform.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellation of the 12-month minimum contract prior to its expiration.
9. Termination
- By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
- By You: You may terminate your subscription by providing notice as specified in your subscription plan. However, the minimum contract term of 12 months will still apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any inability to use the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
